Good evening all.
Christmas once again has come early. Doesn’t seem like last Christmas was nearly a year ago. Time just flies by and before you know it your getting prepared for Christmas again.
I’m a member of a website called Bloggers Required & on there there was an assignment going on behalf of a website called Lapland Mailroom. Lapland Mailroom then contacted me and said they would like to collaborate with me. The assignment involves reviewing their website and in December they (Father Christmas/Santa Claus) would send both of my children a letter from Santa. I immediately said yes I wanted to take part in this assignment. Being a Mummy of 2 and my children only being 8 & 10 years old Christmas is always such a magical time & this assignment seemed right up my street.
I want to now talk you through their website & my thoughts on it. Once on the home page it’s theme is a traditional red colour with holly & red bows garland with their brand name on it. I really like this as red, green & gold are your traditional Christmas colours. As a child many Christmases we had holly and red bow garlands up in our living room as decorations so seeing this on the website took me back to my childhood Christmases. The website is very easy & simple to use and if your not used to computers and going online etc I think you will find using this website very easy. Under the brand logo are 3 headers- Magical Offer, Order A Letter & View Letter. I’m going to now give you a bit of information about each header/topic.
At the moment and at the time of writing this blog post you can get a FREE nice child certificate with all orders & this is a saving of £2.99 which is always nice to save a bit of extra money at Christmas time. Below is a picture of what the certificate looks like.

ORDER A LETTER.
This category is what you can go on to order a letter. Letters are completely personalised to your individual child. Letters are printed on the highest quality, bespoke Christmas paper to enhance the excitement of Christmas for your loved ones. Now I love the element of the letter being personalised to your individual child as to me it feels like a lot of effort as been put into it & no other child will have the same letter. Now they do 3 different packages which I’m going to tell you about now.
This is for only the letter & also at the moment the FREE nice child certificate and this package retails for £7.95. I feel this is fairly priced.
In this package you get the letter plus an activity pack and also the FREE nice child certificate. This package retails for £8.95 which I feel is very good priced.
Last but not least…
This package is Baby’s 1st Christmas. Such a special time & the letter would be a good memory keepsake. You also get the FREE nice child certificate. This package retails for £7.95 which is good value.
This is the last header on the website. This is where you can view letters & each letter is written differently for each child. So personal. I want to now tell you about the parts of the letter that you can personalise. The personalisation part is very simple to use. It’s just a quick an easy form to fill out.
First of all you need to choose which letter you want. Next you can choose whether you would like to have an activity pack included with your letter which costs an additional £1 which is well worth it. You can choose whether to have it signed from Father Christmas or Santa Claus depending on your preference. My children use both names but I went with Father Christmas on their letters. Next you need to include their first name, last name and whether they are a boy or a girl. You then put their age in in years and months. Next they ask you which town or city you will be in on Christmas Eve so for example we put in our home town as we will be at home on Christmas eve apart from the exception of visiting my Sister & her family but they live in the same town as us. Next they ask you to write in what you left out for Santa & the reindeers last year so i put in that we left out a carrot, mince pie & a glass of milk. Next you put in your child’s best friend/family members name so I put in the names of both of my children’s best friends and next they ask you what your child is wishing for for Christmas so I put in Match Attax football cards for my son and Sims computer game for my Daughter. And then the usual details like name and address etc and that’s it. You then can view your personalised letter before purchasing it. I love the look of my children’s ones and cant wait for them to arrive & see my kids faces. So magical.
There is a postal section which is good so you can make sure you’ll recieve your letter in time for Christmas. All letters & activity packs are dispatched within 3 days of ordering. The last ordering date for international orders is 10th December 2017, the last ordering date for European orders is 14th December 2017 & the last ordering date for UK orders is 21st December 2017 so you have a few weeks to get your orders in. There’s a chart that tells you dates orders placed before & when they will leave Lapland Mailroom. There’s also a chart which tells you which countries they send to which is pretty much worldwide.
At the bottom of the website page is a contact section & refund, return & delivery policies. You can also view the terms & conditions. Also there’s 2 links- 1 for Meet Santa which diverts you to a website called Santa Claus Village which I’ve enjoyed looking at & another link which diverts you to a website called Visit Finland.
So that’s it. That’s my thoughts/reviews about the Lapland Mailroom website. I found it very easy and simple using this website & I would recommend it totally.
You can find this company at the link below.
I’m excited to share with you a discount code so you can save some money off your order. The discount code is xmaspromo17 & by using that discount code you will recieve 20% off your order.
I would like to say thank you to Nicola from Lapland Mailroom who let me be a part of this assignment.
Hope you found this post helpful & informative. Do let me know if you have ordered letters from Santa.
Thank you for reading.
Until next time,
